:: fall/winter 2011 ::

	Hello to Everyone! Well, I haven’t written or logged what has been going on with us for a while, so I thought now is the time! First—THANK YOU to everyone that visited, purchased and just stopped by to “shoot the bull” at our annual sale! We had another good year!  As of today—all steers have been purchased.  We do still have a few very nice heifers that we are going to continue to offer the rest of the winter—so if you haven’t been by to look- you still can!! 2011 has been a fun year at the farm—we were blessed with a good calf crop, good weather and plenty of rain.  We even made it through the heat wave in July.  Everyone has been healthy and we were able to take a great family trip to Florida in May.  We loved it so much down there- we are going back again soon!  Kevin is a Senior in High School—so our “school days” are just about done!  Where has the time gone?  Kevin and I were able to go a trip to visit friends in Wisconsin and then went over to Green Bay.  GO PACK GO! Check our picture out! Kenton is taking some time off from college to work and earn money to go back to school soon.  He has been a great help around the farm this year! Remember:  We have embryos for sale from Sugar that are bred by Muridale Buster 14K and Saskvalley Ramrod.  Come see Sugar this fall—she is the ultimate ground sow and a true production cow.
